This 90-minute workshop offers a mindful, step-by-step exploration of headstand—one of yoga’s most iconic inversions. Rather than rushing to get upside down, we’ll focus on building the awareness, strength, and confidence needed to approach the pose safely and sustainably.

Spring Signature Series
April 12th - May 17th, 2026 at the Aligned Collective
Ease into the week ahead with this 60-minute slow power class designed to help you ground, move, and reconnect. Each week focuses on a different pose, exploring its shape, energetic qualities, and mythology. We’ll move through a steady core flow that stays consistent across the six weeks, with an opening, warm-up, and cool-down that supports the focus of the day.
Come for one week and experience a thoughtful, well-rounded practice. Come for all six, and allow the repetition of the core flow to settle into your body and provide a sequence you can carry with you into your own home practice.
