True strength is more than physical—it’s the balance of body, mind, and spirit. Based near Rochester, New York, my mission is to help you discover your power through the practice of mindful strength.
With over a decade of practice, I’ve learned strength isn’t just about endurance or flexibility — it’s about resilience, presence, and inner confidence. Whether on or off the mat, the practice we create together is designed to help you move with intention, build stability, and cultivate the mental clarity to face life’s challenges with grace.
Whether you attend one of my signature series, a workshop, a pop-up event, or are looking for a personalized 1:1 session, we can create a practice that meets you where you are and supports your growth.

XFlow Signature Series
Once a season, I lead a six-week yoga class series focused on a single core flow. Each week, we focus on a different peak pose within the series, deepening our relationship with the asana while developing our strength and focus together.
Attendance for all sessions is strongly encouraged, AND drop-ins / single-session attendance are also welcome!
