Arm Balance Workshop
September 20th, 9am at Magic Held Here
Join me for an energizing arm balance workshop where we’ll use Crow Pose as our foundation and launchpad. Through Crow, we’ll explore techniques to build strength, stability, and confidence, then take flight into a few other arm balances. Step-by-step hands-on guidance will help you find both grounding and lift, no matter where you are in your practice. As we move toward the Fall Equinox, we’ll reflect on balance both on and off the mat. We'll come together to play, challenge ourselves, and discover our own unique sense of equilibrium.

With over a decade of practice, I’ve learned strength isn’t just about endurance or flexibility — it’s about resilience, presence, and inner confidence. Whether on or off the mat, the practice we create together is designed to help you move with intention, build stability, and cultivate the mental clarity to face life’s challenges with grace.

XFlow Signature Series
Once a season, I lead a six-week yoga class series focused on a single core flow. Each week, we focus on a different peak pose within the series, deepening our relationship with the asana while developing our strength and focus together.
Attendance for all sessions is strongly encouraged, AND drop-ins / single-session attendance are also welcome!

One-on-One Sessions
Are you brand new to yoga? Intimidated by large classes? Want a grounding in the basics?
Are you more experienced and want hands-on alignment assistance, or are you working on a specific area of your practice and need some help?

We can work one-on-one to create a practice you love!


Designing Your Daily Practice
This new offering is for students who want to deepen their yoga journey beyond the studio and develop a meaningful home practice. Over the course of four personalized 1:1 sessions, we’ll combine conversation, movement, and reflection to create a practice that feels both nourishing and doable in your daily life.
Here’s what to expect:

Personalized guidance — We’ll tailor each session to your body, goals, and experience level.

Holistic approach — Explore what makes a complete yoga practice, blending movement, breath, and philosophy.

Confidence-building — In our final session, you’ll lead yourself through a 10–15 minute sequence you’ve designed, with supportive feedback to refine and strengthen it.

Lasting tools — Walk away with a clear framework for a home practice you’ll look forward to, one that grows with you and fits into your life as a householder.
Available on Zoom or in person, this offering is about rooting yourself in yoga at home — not as a chore, but as a ritual you’ll love, one that supports you in the midst of daily life.
